paleomi day 2


(dinner... dry as a cats tongue!)


yesterdays workout was terrible. i failed miserably and haven't ever been happier about it.

overhead squats and burpees
burpees: if you have never done them. are hell. hell on earth, death and hell and death.

21-15-9

21 times, 15 times, 9 times:
65 pound overhead squats
burpees

i was the last to finish and was literally dripping sweat.

afterwards we went home, made lean turkey 1/99(!) with coconut milk, peppers, onion and apple. it satisfied and i slept.

eaten today:
1 egg
2 turkey
1 apple
1 banana
1 grapefruit.
lord help me.
