paleo day 5

no crossfit from friday-sunday this week. boo.
and to top it off, I have cramps from satan.



food: 1 apple
1 mango (yum.)
breakfast eggs -
2 eggs
3 slices of mushroom
1/4 cup of grilled, lean chicken
1/4 peppers
onion powder
1/8 avocado

^ cj looked at it when I was done and was SO jealous, nom nom.

going to TJ's to go grocery shopping for this weeks dinners! will post :)
