paleo tuna salad (tuna, paleo mayo, celery, apple - so....good)

30 burpees
30 toe to bar (knee to elbow)
30 sumo deadlifts (53lbs)
ran 1 mile

afterwards, i laid for a long time. my back and shoulders are real grumps, if they had faces they'd be making this one...
T_T : stop, it hurts us (like golem.)
no time or amrap for this one, just finishing is the goal.
