paleo 3

different strokes for different folks, and i hated our trainer last night.
not to be mean, but FOR REAL if you are training me... please be an inspiration instead of barking out orders and doing the whole "tough" love thing. I'm not into it and you just came off as a bitty.

with that being said.. we did

HELEN
21 kettlebell swings
12 pull ups
400 meter run x3

time: 14:30

then a choice of a 1 mile run or a 1600 meter row,
i ran w/ noelle. we ran the whole time.

this is the third day of paleo and i feel different, not as completely dead as the first and second day.

food so far:

1/4 cup (probably more) of natural almonds
16 oz of hot water w/ a lemon slice

Anticipating my delicious apple.
