Paleomi

Ceej, Noelle and I joined Crossfit - and it is severely, kicking our asses.

1st day:
Cindy -
15 jumping pull ups
15 squats
15 push ups

as many we can in 20 minutes, Cj and I got 5.
Noelle: 4.75

2nd day:
Tabana (cycle of doom)
5 stations, 20 minutes
20 seconds hard, 10 rest - x8
The score you mark down is your lowest out of the 8 times, so say i got 10 on the pushups 7 times and 8 on the last? I would count 8 as my score. (ps. that isn't my score)

Pushups- 2
Situps- 10
Squats- 8
Row-5
Pullups- 3
= 28.

3rd Day:

Frans Ugly Little Sister

21-15-9 as fast as you can.

14lb wall ball

first day of paleo diet

tbsp - sunflower seeds
1/2 small apple
2 liters h2o (and counting!)
4 or 2 large/small lettuce wraps w/ turkey slice, 1 hard boiled egg (whole, w/yolk)
1/4 carrot, 1/8 cucumber, 1/2 apple
3 strawberries
1 hardboiled egg white
1/8 banana
package of almonds
