7 more days left of paleo.
the funny thing about paleo is that it hasn't changed how much I eat, but what I eat. For example, I eat all through the day - there is rarely a 2 hour gap between small snacks and I definitely feel it when I do but atleast I know that my snacking is healthy and nourishing to my body. Before I would eat like it was going out of style with things that left me bloated, heavy feeling, sleepy and just overall icky - now I know when my body feels full and when it definitely wants some noms.
which brings me to yesterday's foods:
1 egg, 2 sausage
2 apples
1 larabar
1/3 cup almonds
salad w/ chicken & beef (yummay)
1/3 grapes
tuna w/ mustard & paleo mayo
2 turkey dogs
my favorite:
1/3 lb lean beef burger w/ lettuce
1 egg
mustard
tomato
bacon.
^so full, so satisfied, best digestion of this diet (tmi? deal! this is momentous!)
now onto...
