livin on a prayer!



halfway! halfway! I made it halfway! WHAT?!

to recap the last few days:

(^yesterday's Chipotle lunch. paleo approved!)

(happy cousin from -v- that mixture. yum)

(we go through eggs like hotcakes.)

(turkey bacon, chicken sausage, peppers red&yellow&organge, onion)

(old people at saturday market!)

($1.79? SO worth it.)


^ I'm on day 15, I can honestly say that I love this. I thought of Pizza and couldn't imagine eating it like I used too and even eat very much of it. I'm excited for cheese and excited for gluten yummys, but Paleo has changed my mind about eating. Why would I put something in my body that doesn't nourish it? And WHY did I have to do this challenge to learn that? Who knows.

yesterday's workout:

5 minute AMRAP

115 lb deadlift - 3 times
22 lb overhead press - 14 times
6 reps ! and i felt GREAT afterwards and definitely can do more on deadlift...
maybe they're my thing :)

today's eats =
tea
cherry lara bar
apple
almonds
wierd dried fruit chips with apricots that turned into loogies when you kept them in your mouth for too long o_o.
